Siesta Key Custom Designs, LLC adheres to the following Return and Refund Policy: 

* Items will be accepted for return and a full refund if Siesta Key Custom Designs, LLC receives the product within the first ten (10) calendar days after the purchase date. No product will be accepted for a return and refund after the ten-day timeframe.

* The product must be returned in its original and resalable packaging.

* The buyer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Siesta Key Custom Designs, LLC before returning the merchandise; otherwise, the item will not be accepted.

* Buyer must pay for all shipping costs of the returned item.

* All returns must include a valid sales receipt and proof of purchase, including the invoice number, RMA, and reason for the return.

* Used or damaged products will NOT be accepted for return and refund at any cost.

* Once the return is received and inspected, Siesta Key Custom Designs, LLC will notify the purchaser of its receipt and whether we approve or reject the refund.

* Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, usually within 10 business days. 

*If purchaser has yet to receive a refund within the ten (10) business days, please get in touch with the credit card company or banking institution to see if it has posted. There is often some processing time involved.

* Return merchandise to the return address only listed on the RMA. Buyer is responsible for choice of best shipping method and for paying all shipping costs in order to return the item undamaged.

* Return shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE and purchaser should use a trackable shipping service and supply a tracking number to SKCDTami@gmail.com replying directly to the email correspondence sent from that mailbox. This will aid seller in tracking buyer's returned goods back to point of origin. Seller cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

* Siesta Key Custom Designs, LLC reserves the right to reject a return on any damaged or used product.

* Personalized items cannot be returned, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Siesta Key Custom Designs, LLC offers FREE shipping on all Charcuterie Boards delivered within the Continental United States to any residential or business address. Shipping charges will be applied for Alaska, Hawaii, and any territory off the mainland United States. Shipping charges will be accessed for any delivery outside the United States. If multiple orders are placed by the same customer on the same day using the same delivery address, your orders may be shipped together.
